All services are delivered based on mutually agreed proposals, timelines, and scopes.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project execution

  • Approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes

  • Ensure ownership or usage rights for all content provided (logos, images, text, videos, etc.)

Delays caused due to lack of inputs or approvals may impact project timelines.

4. PAYMENTS AND BILLING

  • All payments must be made as per the agreed proposal or invoice

  • Advance payments are mandatory unless stated otherwise

  • Delayed payments may result in service suspension or project hold

  • Prices once agreed are non-negotiable during the project duration

Shoutwow reserves the right to revise pricing for future services.

5. REFUND AND CANCELLATION

  • Payments made for services are non-refundable once the project has commenced

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing

  • Any completed work up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly

Custom services such as branding, design, and development are not eligible for refunds.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All intellectual property created by Shoutwow remains our property until full payment is received

  • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client

  • Shoutwow reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information shared during the course of the project, unless disclosure is required by law.

8. THIRD - PARTY SERVICES

Shoutwow may use third-party platforms such as:

  • Hosting providers

  • Advertising platforms

  • Analytics tools

  • Automation tools

Shoutwow is not responsible for outages, changes, or policies of third-party services.

9. LIMITATION AND LIABILITY

Shoutwow shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of business, revenue, or data

  • Performance fluctuations due to algorithm changes, platform policies, or market conditions

All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

10. WEBSITE USAGE

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website

  • Copy or reproduce content without written permission

11. TERMINATION

Shoutwow reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Payments are not cleared
